The fridge on our level was handy for grabbing bottled water anytime. Plenty of USB points made it convenient to charge devices.

The laundry room isn't open 24/7, which is a hassle for tourists arriving late, and there's only one dryer available. Air conditioning issues persistently kept our rooms warm, even after trying a new one, and a standing fan was necessary. The hotel ambiance is quite dark, and the lack of English speakers posed communication challenges. Calling a taxi is also inconvenient since they just flag them down outside, instead of providing a more professional service.

The self-service laundry facility was convenient, providing washing machines and dryers right on-site, which helped us save time during our stay.

The translucent glass doors for the toilet and shower enclosures left little to the imagination and could hinder privacy for some guests.

I loved that it was just a 10-minute walk to the bell tower and surrounded by bustling streets filled with restaurants and shops, making my city strolls incredibly enjoyable. this place is perfect for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of xi'an as you can easily explore the iconic sights nearby.

The Xi'An Eastern House features a very good location, just a short walk to the city wall, the bell tower, and vibrant bars and restaurants. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, responding to requests swiftly, and they were proficient in English. Additionally, the hotel offers a convenient laundry service and complimentary afternoon tea, which provides a delightful spread of cakes and snacks to unwind after a busy day.

I had a truly memorable 4-night stay! The breakfast was superb with a great spread, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely touch. However, the bathroom lacked ventilation, which was a bit annoying.
